RESERVA WHITE WINE
TEMPRANILLO
VARIETIES
Tempranillo Blanco
VINEYARD
Grapes are sourced from an 8-year-old vineyard located on a mid-altitude hillside at 442 meters, at the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria. The soil is a combination of ochre-colored limestone clay with a balanced structure, on south-facing slopes (“carasol”) with a rugged surface, which enhances the aromatic concentration and fresh fruit profile of the wines. These soils are excellent for high-quality viticulture, highlighting the expressiveness of Tempranillo Blanco. Plantation density of 3,030 vines per hectare, dry farming. Production of 3,500 kg/ha, harvested at dawn.
PRODUCTION AND AGING
Selection in the vineyard. Harvested at dawn. Gentle destemming to avoid damaging the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in French and Hungarian oak barrels, lasting 30 days. Aged on its lees for 6 months. Racking and traditional aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Aged in the bottle for 12 months before release. Limited production of 1,248 numbered bottles.
COLOR
Bright gold with subtle greenish reflections.
AROMAS
Generous, intense, and complex. From the very first moment, it offers a rich array of sensations—honeyed and smoky with hints of tea. Noble and authentic. Its original aromatic development tells an endless story, from the glass to the vine. The complex bouquet of aging and bottle maturation intertwines with varietal notes of white fruits and citrus touches.
PALATE
Firm and fresh entry, enveloping the senses with its balanced volume and well-adjusted acidity. Long and unctuous finish with slight mineral nuances along the way. Well-structured, expressive, and persistent.
