VINEYARD
The vineyard has been planted with a focus on quality, moderating production while aiming for a higher number of smaller grape clusters. To achieve this, we have implemented a high planting density, used low-vigor rootstocks, and trained the vines on trellises with a high vegetation canopy. Additionally, a complete drip irrigation system has been installed and is carefully managed to ensure the harvest while maintaining a controlled level of water stress.
PRODUCTION AND AGING
This wine is made from separately vinified Garnacha and Graciano grapes, which are destemmed before fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for 7 days, followed by maceration with the skins for 3 days. Fermentation temperature is maintained at 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for six months.

Bright cherry red with medium intensity.
AROMAS
Intense aromas with characteristic notes of eucalyptus.
PALATE
A flavorful palate with good acidity, flexible, well-integrated tannins, and a balanced structure.
