VINEYARD

The Tempranillo grapes come from our vineyard in the Imaz area, located at an altitude of 390 meters on a gentle slope. This area features saline and limestone soils with limited production. The Graciano is grown in a parcel with a limestone-structured, stony soil with a gravel substrate. Both vineyards were planted 20 years ago.

PRODUCTION AND AGING

Vineyard selection with a yield of 5,000 kg/ha. Gentle destemming to preserve the integrity of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks from the moment of reception, lasting 5 days, with pump-overs and punch-downs adapted to the fermentation stage. Post-fermentative maceration lasts 10 days.

Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels, followed by racking and aging in barrels for 14 months.

COLOR

An attractive deep ruby red with high intensity, brilliance, depth, and purple reflections.

AROMAS

A well-integrated blend of varietal aromas and barrel aging notes. Ripe black fruits, spicy and balsamic hints, with subtle toasted nuances. Complex and expressive.

PALADAR

A firm entry with body and warmth. Well-balanced acidity, rich and enveloping. Subtle mineral notes along the way, with a lingering finish that recalls black fruit. Well-structured, expressive, and persistent.
