VINEYARD

High-quality grapes are selected from our estate vineyards, with a focus on achieving a higher number of smaller grape clusters. The vineyard features a very high planting density and low-vigor rootstocks to enhance grape concentration and quality.

PRODUCTION AND AGING

Made from carefully destemmed grapes. The initial phase of alcoholic fermentation is designed to extract the full fruit character retained in the grape skins. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for eight days, followed by four days of maceration in contact with the peels. The maximum fermentation temperature reached was 27ºC. The wine is aged for nine months in American oak barrels.

COLOR

Dark red with violet reflections.

AROMAS

An intense bouquet of red fruits, with clear notes of toffee and eucalyptus from barrel aging, blending seamlessly with fresh ripe fruit and hints of licorice.

PALATE

A subtle attack on the palate evolves into a powerful yet elegant mouthfeel, showcasing a wide range of toasty and spicy flavors with remarkable freshness. Fleshy tannins complete a smooth, well-balanced wine with great length, inviting slow and enjoyable savoring.
