Garnacha

VINEYARD

The grapes come from a carefully selected plot of Rioja Vega, planted 25 years ago. Harvesting takes place in the early morning hours, and the minimal time between picking and the draining of the first must helps protect the grapes, preserving their freshness and floral character.

Finca ‘La Real’: 2.6 hectares of Garnacha at an altitude of 370 meters, with vines aged 25 years. The soils, with a texture ranging from loamy to loamy-sandy, promote the production of elegant and aromatic wines.

PRODUCTION AND AGING

The wine is made using the “draining” technique, with minimal skin maceration due to the very brief contact with the grape skins. The must is extracted through static draining of the grapes, without applying pressure. It is then clarified through a static cold-settling process, allowing the solids to settle at the bottom. The clean must is separated and fermented at 15°C for three weeks. After refining and polishing through racking, the wine undergoes a light filtration before being bottled on February 27, 2024.

COLOR

A crystalline rosé, highly brilliant, with subtle hues ranging from pale pink to delicate salmon.

AROMAS

A delicate nose with aromas of white flowers, complemented by elegant aniseed and fennel notes in the background.

PALATE

Balanced and luscious on the palate. A silky texture with a fresh, spiced finish and excellent aromatic persistence.
