Garnacha Blanca
Tempranillo Blanco

VINEYARD

The vineyards where these grapes are grown are nestled between the Sierra de Codés to the north and the Ebro River to the south. The area’s microclimate and soil composition create ideal conditions for these varieties, laying the foundation for an elegant, complex white wine with vibrant acidity.

Finca Cubillas: 1.4 hectares of Garnacha Blanca (410 m altitude). The soils have low organic matter and are situated in a cool area with slightly stony, limestone-rich terrain. Low yields enhance the freshness of this variety and contribute to its longevity.
Finca Majalpozo: 1 hectare of Tempranillo Blanco (375 m altitude). The area has a more structured clay-limestone soil, adding volume to the wine.

PRODUCTION AND AGING

Harvesting takes place at dawn from carefully selected parcels. The free-run juice is obtained through direct draining without pressing. Controlled fermentation at a low temperature lasts for one month. The wine undergoes racking while preserving its fine sediment in suspension.

The complexity of this wine comes from the blend of complementary parcels and varieties, further enriched by three months of aging on lees in different containers, including tanks and barrels of various origins (Hungarian, French, and American oak). Gentle plate filtration is performed before bottling in February.

COLOR

Bright pale yellow with greenish highlights.

AROMAS

Persistent fresh aromas of hay and freshly cut grass, layered with hints of violet candy and stone fruit. The nose continuously evolves, revealing new dimensions.

PALATE

The entry is smooth and ripe, with a well-balanced structure. Its acidity extends the fruity sensations over time, wrapping them in a silky texture. A vibrant, expressive white wine full of personality, perfect for spring enjoyment.
